Cable structure
Wire: -0.25mm ² -1.0mm ² : Bare copper or tin-plated extremely fine multi-strand wire, in compliance with IEC60228&VDE0295,Class 6 Insulation: High-strength thermoplastic polyester elastomer (Teflon optional)
Color code: Complies with DIN47100, color core or core wire with consecutive numbers. For details, please refer to the product parameter table
Core wire structure: Each layer has undergone special treatment and is wrapped with special tape
Filling: High-strength and high-tensile PP rope or Kevlar braided rope
Shielding: High torsional tin-plated copper wire shielding, with a shielding optical coverage rate of over 85%
Sheath material: PUR (RAL9005), especially suitable for robot torsional resistance and drag chain applications.
