Cable structure:


Wire: -0.25mm2-1.0mm2: bare copper or tinned extremely thin multi-strand wire, in accordance with IEC60228&VDE0295,Class 6


Insulation: High strength thermoplastic polyester elastomer (Teflon optional)


Color code: In accordance with DIN47100, color core or with serial number of cores, see the specific product parameters table


Core structure: Each layer is specially treated and wrapped with special tape


Filling: High strength high tensile PP rope or Kevlar braided rope


Shielding: high torsion tinned copper wire shielding, shielding optical coverage of more than 85%


Sheath material: PUR (RAL9005), especially suitable for robot torsion, drag chain occasions.
